Legacy Aviation recently marked its 5th anniversary with a dinner celebration held at Café do Brasil in Oklahoma City.

Employees, spouses, and special guests were greeted with cocktails and a selection of Brazilian-style appetizers as a slideshow presentation chronicled the progression of the company and the employees, along with the accomplishments achieved.

The evening proceeded with a dinner of Orange Almond salad, Picanha flambéed in cabernet wine sauce, with roasted garlic, and steamed vegetables. Dinner was followed by a dessert of Marachoco, passion fruit mousse topped with a creamy rich chocolate mousse.

Closing out the night was a service award presentation celebrating the “Belief, Dedication, & Devotion to the Vision We Started With 5 Years Ago” to the employees who started on Day 1, and even slightly before. An appreciation award presentation also was made to the newer employees “For Your Dedication & Devotion To Our Continued Vision.” In addition to the plaques, each employee received a Legacy Aviation 5-Year Anniversary Commemorative Cap.

Though we never figured out if the top line of the menu card was done in error or for future planning (it proclaimed Legacy's 50th anniversary), we decided that we are all looking forward to coming back to Café do Brasil in 45 years to celebrate Legacy's half-century of doing business!
