If anyone flys with Microsoft Flight Simulator X

Over at http://www.com-central.net there is a complete collection of the Aero Commander series - AC500, AC500 Cargo, AC500 "Wood Panel", AC520, AC520 Cargo, AC560(HC), AC680 Super and Rockwell Shrike 500 including 52 liveries and all current updates, for Microsoft Flight Simulator X

It's about 90mb and you need to register in order do download, but overall it's a pretty simple process. It comes with it's own simple installer. And best of all, it's free.


Just letting anyone who might be interested a little Commander pixel flying know.

Hi everyone. I Fly in Flight Simulator X and own this set of planes. I have always loved the Commander since I was a kid. When I found out it was available for FSX I snatched it up. While the graphics of the modesl are not as good as some other planes, It's still a joy to fly. Since I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, my favorite of the group is the AC 520 Texan model. I have posted two videos of flights I've made in the AC 520. One landing at St. Barths, and one at Saba. While I am not a real pilot, it is a pleasure to fly this great plane in the sim and read stories of others who actually fly these great planes. Hope you enjoy these vids.
