TWIN COMMANDER FAITHFUL

Passion. It's what makes life interesting, fun, and deeply satisfying. Whether it is our personal relationships, the stuff we like to do on our own time, or our careers, if we are passionate about it, we'll succeed.

Passion flows in abundance across the Twin Commander community. Owners and pilots are passionate about their airplanes--they way they handle, the performance, the unique ramp presence, what the airplane can do.

As with any sophisticated aircraft, it takes years of training and experience to truly master a Twin Commander, but the journey to that mastery is one to be savored. It may sound a little corny, but it's not unlike the relationship with your closest loved one--the passion flares at first meeting, over time the bond and the trust build, and years later the coals still glow hot.

The many folks who fly Commanders consider it a near-religious experience. It is hard to find a group more loyal or proud of their aircraft--except perhaps the folks who have made it their livelihood to keep those Commanders in tip-top shape. I am speaking, of course, about the people at our factory-authorized Service Centers.

There is no doubt the aircraft gets such rave reviews from owners and pilots in part because of the dedication of the folks who keep them flying with experienced, expert inspections and maintenance, and keep them like new with leading-edge-technology panel, interior, and performance upgrades.

It is not unusual to find technicians who can point with pride to having devoted more than four decades of their careers to working on Twin Commanders. Combined, the folks in our Service Center network have more than a thousand years of experience selling, flying, and maintaining Commanders. You don't put in that kind of time unless you have a passion for it.

Just a few weeks ago, Twin Commander Aircraft and our Service Centers gathered in Indianapolis for our biennial Service Center Symposium. Like the Twin Commander University, where we hold educational seminars for the benefit of Commander owners and pilots, at the Service Center Symposium we spent three days discussing issues regarding parts availability, pricing, and maintenance practices. As always, it was a learning experience for everyone involved and, ultimately, of major benefit to owners.

Aside from bringing together a really fantastic bunch of people, these events are very important in keeping the entire Commander support network energized and focused on what we do best--supporting you, the Commander owner and operator.

The vast store of knowledge and depth of commitment that reside in our technician corps is an important reason why every Twin Commander owner and operator should consider putting the care of their aircraft in the capable and experienced hands of an authorized Service Center. Why trust your airplane, your investment, your passion, to anyone else?

The next time you find yourself beaming with pride as you enjoy the ride in your Twin Commander, remember that there are people back on the ground at our worldwide network of factory Service Centers who feel the same way. Isn't that who you want on your team?
